Go to myquickclips.com and click Get Started Free. Enter your email, create a password, and you're in — no credit card needed. The whole signup takes about 60 seconds.

Choose how to upload your video

Click Upload in the left sidebar. You'll see two options:

• Clip It with AI — best for long videos. AI will watch your video and pick the best 15–90 second moments for social media automatically.
• Upload Entire Video — best for videos you've already trimmed. Goes straight to the editor so you can add captions, music, and post it yourself.

Pick whichever fits your situation and click Choose File to select a video from your phone or computer.

Wait for processing (usually 2–5 minutes)

If you chose Clip It, you'll see a progress screen while our AI analyzes your video. It's finding the most engaging moments and writing captions for each one. You can close the tab and come back — it keeps running in the background.

If you chose Upload Entire Video, it'll take under a minute and open the editor automatically.

Review your clips

Head to Clips in the sidebar. You'll see thumbnail cards for every clip the AI found. Each one shows a Viral Score (how likely it is to perform well) and a short summary. Click any clip to see more details, including ready-to-use captions for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.

Edit in the video editor (optional)

Click Open in Editor on any clip to fine-tune it. Inside the editor you can:

• Trim the start and end by dragging the handles on the timeline
• Add animated captions — choose from 5 styles (PopBold, Karaoke, Neon, and more)
• Add background music from our library or upload your own
• Record a voiceover directly in the browser
• Adjust the video speed (slow motion, 1.5×, 2×)
• Change the aspect ratio for different platforms (9:16 for TikTok, 16:9 for YouTube)

Everything saves automatically. Click Export when you're happy with it.

Publish or schedule to social media

In the Publish tab inside the editor, choose your platform, pick the AI-written caption (or write your own), and click Publish Now or Schedule. Your clip goes live without ever leaving QuickClips. Check the Calendar tab to see all your scheduled posts in one place.

Upload your photos or videos

Click Upload in the sidebar. Drag and drop one photo, multiple photos, or a short video clip. QuickPics accepts JPEG, PNG, HEIC (iPhone photos work great), and common video formats. You can upload in batches — no need to do them one at a time.

Let AI write your captions

Once your upload finishes, QuickPics automatically analyzes each photo or video and writes platform-ready captions for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter. Each caption is tailored to the tone and format of that platform — no editing needed unless you want to customize.

Review your content library

Head to Library in the sidebar to see all your uploads organized in one place. Click any item to view its AI-generated captions, edit them, or open it in the editor. You can also import any video directly to QuickClips for short-clip editing.

Choose what to do next

Pick one of three options:

• Post Now — publish directly to a connected social account in one click
• Schedule — pick a date and time; QuickPics handles the posting automatically
• Edit with QuickClips — send any video to QuickClips for trimming, captions, and music

Your content goes live on the schedule you set — no manual posting required.

Connect your social accounts

Go to Settings → Social Accounts to connect Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or LinkedIn. It's a one-time setup — once connected, every future post and schedule goes out automatically.

Sign up and set your rate card

Go to app.mysponsorkit.com and create a free account. In Settings → Rate Card, enter your standard rates for different types of content (YouTube dedicated video, TikTok, Instagram story, etc.). SponsorKit uses this to auto-fill your invoices.

Add a brand deal

When a brand reaches out, click New Deal and fill in: the brand name, the type of content, your rate, and the deadline. The deal appears as a card in your Pipeline — a visual board showing every deal by stage (Contacted → Negotiating → Contracted → Filming → Published → Paid).

Move deals through the pipeline

Drag deal cards from column to column as they progress. When a brand says yes, move it to Contracted. When you film, move it to Filming. When it's live, move it to Published. No more lost emails or forgotten follow-ups.

Send the invoice

When content is published, click Create Invoice on the deal card. SponsorKit fills in the brand name, amount, and your details automatically. Download it as a PDF and email it directly — or SponsorKit can send it for you with a payment link attached.

Track your earnings

The Analytics tab shows your total earnings, deals in progress, average deal size, and how much money is still owed to you. At tax time, every deal is already documented and totaled — no digging through Gmail.
