Does the recipient know their email is tracked?+
The tracking pixel is invisible. Recipients are not notified. Use responsibly for professional communications.
Does it work if they block images?+
Tracking requires the pixel image to load. If a recipient has image loading disabled in their email client, that open will not be tracked.
Does it work with Gmail only?+
MailPing works within Gmail in Chrome. It does not support other email clients at this time.
