Does the recipient know their email is tracked?+
The tracking pixel is invisible. Recipients are not notified. Use responsibly for professional communications.
Does it work if they block images?+
Tracking requires the image to load. If a recipient's email app blocks images, that open is not detected, so "not opened" really means "not detected." Some apps, such as Apple Mail with privacy protection, load images automatically, which can show an email as opened when nobody read it.
Does it work with Gmail only?+
MailPing works within Gmail in Chrome. It does not support other email clients at this time.
